Heart Rate Monitor: Heart rate feedback is a method to present the changes of heart rate of subjects to themselves. There are four specific methods :(1) let the subjects guess their heart rate fast or slow, guess right to be sure. (2) The subjects were asked to press the button whenever their heart rate increased or slowed down. (3) Subjects were asked to control their heart rate according to the amount of heart rate simulation. (4) The clarity of images on the TV screen was controlled by the rate of heart rate of subjects.

Heart Rate Monitor: (1) The subjects were asked to guess whether their heart rate was fast or not. If they guessed correctly, they would confirm. (2) The subjects were asked to press the button whenever their heart rate increased or slowed down. (3) Subjects were asked to control their heart rate according to the amount of heart rate simulation. The subjects were asked to look at a computer monitor screen and draw a line from left to right for each beat. The length of the line represented the median amount of time between R waves. The longer the time, the longer the lines appeared on the screen, indicating a slower heart rate. And vice versa. There was also an upright target line on the screen, and if the subject successfully crossed the line more than 10 times, a new target line appeared on the screen, based on the median of the subject's previous and current heart rates. Such continuous training can reduce the heart rate of the subject 4 times/min. The maximum can be reduced 19 times per minute.
