There are two types of sphygmomanometers: Digital Sphygmomanometers and mercury sphygmomanometers. The method of using Digital Sphygmomanometers is as follows:
1. Rest quietly for at least 5-10 minutes.
2. Exhaust the air in the cuff of the electronic blood pressure monitor, tie it to the left or right arm, flush with the heart, no thick clothes such as sweaters, and the cuff should be in contact with the skin or only have thin clothes. 3. Turn on the start button of the Digital Sphygmomanometers to measure, and then look at the measurement time according to the description of the Digital Sphygmomanometers. The description is different for different Digital Sphygmomanometers.
4. During the measurement, relax your arms and not make fists. Generally, the measurement result will appear after 1-2 minutes.
